On June 16, Kona Kids founder and coach, Carrie McCoy, will take on the Yoop Challenge: 1,150 miles of biking around the Upper Peninsula of Michigan — in 10 days. Her goal is to be the first female to finish all 10 sections in 10 days.
Carrie will be unsupported for this ride, so she will not have a support team or aid stations along the way. It will be an enormous physical and mental challenge, but it doesn’t compare to what the Kona Kids go through every day, so every mile will be dedicated to the Kona Kids Foundation and raising funds to cover their school supplies for the coming year. Your contribution will help us continue our footprint.
